Once you have collected all the necessary materials, go and talk to Anais in Albion. Pay 100,000 gold and take the Wave of Light research quest, then wait for four hours for the weapon to be fully unlocked.
Keep in mind that Wave of Light will not be available until you reach Mastery Level 10, so make sure you have leveled up enough before starting.

It is important to note that the above characteristics represent a base level 1 for the weapon. Everything can be changed with modules and upgrading the weapon level, so these characteristics are best used as a point of comparison with other level 1 weapons of the same type.
Best Descendant for Wave of Light
Wave of Light is a versatile weapon that is fully suitable for any descendant. However, the best synergy option is Bunny, and you should have a great time using them in tandem.
Bunny’s impressive movement speed and its ability to move should allow you to position yourself for continuous hits on weak spots. This will allow you to maximize the use of DPS rotation when Wave of Light is engaged.
