Treasures in Monopoly Go, along with Peg-E Prize Drop and Partner Event, are perhaps the three biggest events. None of them have a fixed schedule, but they follow a pattern that allows us to predict the approximate date for the next one.
Sunset Treasures was the last digging event in the cube game and was introduced in early July. We already know all the details about the next event, including the rewards—no, this time there are no Wild Stickers either.
Dates for the start and end of the next Treasures Dig event in Monopoly Go
According to leaks, the next Treasures event in Monopoly Go will start on July 26, 2024 and will end on July 30. It’s called Greek Treasures and you’ve probably already guessed the theme. There will be 20 levels in the game, and the main prizes will be the Purple Sticker Pack and 2500 dice.
In total, you will receive 5075 dice, as well as regular money and regular sticker sets. The set will also include a shield themed around the event and a board token.
Although Treasures Events don’t have a fixed schedule, they come either once a month or twice. The last one was on July 4th, and the next one on July 26th, marking the schedule.
This also means that the next one could be in mid-August. It may be the leaked Dinosaur Treasures event. In any case, we’ll keep you updated on the latest events, so be sure to check back with us from time to time.

What is the Treasures event in Monopoly Go?
In Monopoly Go Treasures events, you «dig» for treasures using pickaxe tokens (shovels or laser guns). There will be different grids, and once you hit them with enough pickaxes, a treasure will be revealed. The more you collect, the more rewards you’ll receive.
You collect tokens the same way you do in other events, such as partners, fast wins, events, tournaments, and landing on tiles.
What happens to the leftover pickaxes?
Any unused pickaxe tokens during the event will be converted into dice rolls. They are not carried over and are converted at the end of the event. This is similar to Partners, where leftovers are converted into cash.
