Use a Scroll of Revivify.
One way to bring a character back to life in Baldur’s Gate 3 is to use a disposable consumable item called a «Revivify Scroll.»
You can find Revivify Scrolls during the «Nautiloid» quest in the Baldur’s Gate 3 prologue. You can even purchase them from traders like Roa Moonlight (Broken Sanctum), Arron (Void), and Sayrel (Risen Road).
