Niantic has confirmed the first details about Pokemon Go Fest 2024, and along with a global event and several other locations, fans in the US will be able to enjoy festivities in New York. Plus, new legendary Pokemon in the form of Dusk Mane and Dawn Wings Necrozma are on the way.
The Pokemon Go Fest 2024 festival will come to New York with in-game bonuses, lots of fun Pokemon appearing in the wild, and, of course, several timed research tickets as well.

Dates
Earlier in 2024, Niantic announced that Pokemon Go Fest 2024 will host a live event in New York. July 5, 2024 — July 7, 2024. The event will take place at Randall’s Island Park in Manhattan and other parts of New York.
Ticket holders will enjoy exclusive gameplay, special bonuses, and encounters with various Pokemon throughout the location.
Debut of Dusk Mane and Dawn Wings Necrozma
Niantic has confirmed the debut of Necrozma Dusk Mane and Necrozma Dawn Wings at Pokemon Go Fest 2024. Ticket holders will have access to Necrozma forms to participate in 5-star Pokemon Go raids during the event.
Trainers must battle Dusk Mane or Dawn Wings Necrozma and defeat it to encounter the base Necrozma. Then gather Fusion energy to merge Solgaleo or Lunala with Necrozma and use powerful new forms.
Pokemon That Will Appear at Go Fest in New York City
In Pokemon Go Fest, most creatures that will appear throughout the event will depend on the habitat in which the Pokemon is found. However, there are Pokemon that will appear regardless of the habitat.

The most notable of these is Klefki. Klefki is a regional exclusive Pokemon that can only be found in France and nearby areas during off-event hours. However, for Go Fest New York City, the Steel/Fairy type will be available in North America for a limited time.
